Basically, I find it easier to fix the beat grid on the unit itself (XDJ-RX) rather than in Rekordbox. Problem is when I add music and import the playlists to USB again it sets them back to how they are in Rekordbox and overwrites any changes made on the unit.
So my question is, can I tweak the beat grids on the unit and then transfer the fixed grids from USB to my Rekordbox program?
Yes - when you connect your USB device back to rekordbox, right-click on the USB device and select "Update collection." Any changes you've made to waveforms or memory points on the device will update those tracks in rekordbox.

If I am using Pro DJ Link with the computer and make changes on the CDJ 2000NXS2 to the beatgrid is there a way for the beatgrid to also update on my collection? The cues I set seem to automatically do it, but not the beatgrid.
@Anthony > As above, right-click on your device and select "Update collection" - that will send any changes to the hot cues, memory points, ratings, and beat grid, to the collection.
