I'm on mac os 10.10 and I've customized rekordbox to my liking but i have gigs staring thursday, today tuesday i started this saturday wtf is this what an update does? any inside on a resolution to speed things along / I'm not in the early adopter program but base on some of the feed back your looking to get to smooth the bugs out is not working. things happen and issues occur this is a huge issue where as is I'm looking for a pretty quick turn over in performance and it's NOT happening!!??!

I had the same problem when I still was using USB2 flashdrives. USB3 flashdrives exports your Rekorbox files A LOT faster

you have to try and find the write speeds and also make sure you have USB3.0 ports, if they are 2.0 then the flash drive is reading and writing at 2.0 speeds , not 3.0. For example my macbook pro is 3.0 all around and it writes to my PNY flash drive at about 100MB/S, so its pretty fast, i copy files in no time

The problem isn't rekordbox!

I just Googled that model of USB drive and it sounds like it averages write speeds of 10-40MB/s, which is HORRIBLE for a USB3.0 drive. I have an old Patriot Rage XT 32GB flash drive that features write speeds of up to 25MB/s ... on USB2.0.

Do some research, buy a performance drive with good read AND write speeds.

Tried many usb and flash cards in rekordbox and would recommend sandisk extreme sticks or the pro if you need 128gb. Again would recommend the sandisk extreme flash cards. Can copy 100gb on even my slower cards in about an hour or so.
