Can you provide more detail as to when/how the problem occurs? If you're able to record a screencast or a video that would be of great help.
Sometimes tempo fader jump from 10% to wide and it goes to +100 or -100.

Usually this happens when you have sync enabled and load a track that is very different tempo wise and requires a change more than 10%.
Exactly . It happens exactly when I mix two songs and one of them comes to an end . The other song that goes further changes its tempo to wide at -100 on tempo fader. It's hard to make a video because it's not happend all the time.
Could mean the non playing deck is assign to master so when you load say a 93bpm song and the other is 128bpm it will switch to wide and bring the Bpm down to 93bpm to sync the 2 decks if sync is enabled on both decks.
No. Playing deck is assign to master. There are running two track. And after a track is out of time, the tempo fader of the remaining track jumps to wide +100% or -100% up or down, even if one track has the original bpm 125 and another 127.
Without knowing the particulars or if you are able to replicate it, this sounds like a random bug or specific to the tracks you're playing. If you do manage to capture it in a screencast, it would really be of help.
