Did you follow the instructions where it tells you to press and hold the two headphone cue buttons when powering-on the WeGO in order to put the unit into firmware update mode?

can't update firmware on ddj- WEGO
i cant update the firmware, it says that the WeGO is not connected, but it's plugged in. Please help.
