XDJ-RR Sound Color FX and Beat FX not working in performance mode [2023]

For some time now, my XDJ-RR is not working the "NOISE" effect and also the "BEAT FX" is not working. The firmware is up to date and in test mode, the buttons are working. I believe it is a bug. What should I do?
