Are the file which are not importing possibly protected or a file format which rekordbox does not support?

Rekordbox only showing part of my Itunes database
I got a new laptop and am starting from scratch to import all my tracks on iTunes and others.
When I installed Rekordbox onto my laptop after I had sorted ITunes and imported the tracks to iTunes, when I go to rekordbox and import iTunes library around only a quarter of the tracks are there.
Does anyone know what this is? On iTunes I clicked on settings tab and enable ITunes xml to be shared with other programs (not sure if this matters and not sure if I done it the last time). Still leaves me with same problem, only a quarter of my iTunes library is showing

I have weeded out any incompatible files that I had. All my stuff in iTunes is in MP3 format, and had all shown up before on my previous rekordbox setup on my other laptop, same iTunes library
