Rmx 1000 does not play all the samples stored, how to fix this?

I have firmware 2.11 and remixbox 2.10 and some custom samples just do not appear. All buttons are lit on bank 3 and 4, but only one in bank 1 and two in bank 2. The total length is les then 16 seconds all the banks combined, and some of the samples are larger then 0.35 seconds. What could be the problem?
