This should probably be in the XDJ group. Sounds similar to some of the thumb drive formatting issues I've heard there, suggest searching for the answer in that group...

Pioneer XDJ‑RX ‑ 2‑Channel Rekordbox DJ System
My unit froze on me 2x last night. Using the cue points it read "usb is full". It was in red. It would read that every time I hit a cue point. My stick is brand new 128gb and it only had 22gb of space used. This is a brand new unit purchased from Sam Ash this week.
