What is the USB formatted to Fat 32? You need to do a full format (uncheck "quick Format") & format it to Fat 32 with the allocation unit size drop down menu select “4096 bytes.”
You might of already done this. In which case I'm not sure what else to try, maybe it's a duff USB.

FollowXDJ RX FREEZES UP COMPLETELY!
My brand new XDJ RX froze up on me (2X) at a gig last night. And once again today when I restarted it to play some tracks to see what was going on. I keep getting a message "USB FULL (USB 1)" flashing and then eventually the whole deck freezes. I am using a brand new 128gb PNY usb drive. I have loaded 2 gigs of music only.

They are formatted that way. I am using a MAC. This part I do not understand is --- "format it to Fat 32 with the allocation unit size drop down menu select “4096 bytes.” I don't have the option to select 4096 bytes....
Sorry, I'm not up on Mac's. Hopefully someone else will have an idea.
Hi,
I have read something similar on Rekorbox forum this Morning with also 128 Gb USB key.
Perhaps XDJ-RX doesn't support this size.
Could you test with a most little USB key ?
