Hi my XDJ RX has been working great until today when I tried to switch it on it no longer starts up. I recorded a video here https://youtu.be/C-fBeH2sxwY
Any help would be appreciated as I have a gig in a few weeks time!

Thats stressing i also have a XDJ-RX hope it will not happen...
What you could try is thefirmware 2.0 is out to have these in, maybe there is something not there anymore in the firmware, bud could also be the screen because i do not seee anything coming up on screen while the buttons all present themself in light way when turing on... i almost think there is a serious thing with the screen,...
Have you tested to go on midi does everything work then exept the screen ?

This is all that happens, the screen doesn't come on and it doesn't respond to anything. No buttons or anything work. It won't boot into the firmware mode either so can't try to redo that.
I would try plugging it into a different outlet by itself.
Try to turn it on in update mode. Press and hold usb1/stop button,
and reloop/exit button at the same time while you power up.
Thanks for your suggestions. Still not working though. I have contacted the retailer to see what they can do.
Have you tried using a different power cable?
Yes I have tried that too. It's being collected today so hopefully I will get a replacement soon.
When you get your replacement, be sure to download and install firmware version 2.1 which was released today.
I've tried all these and still have the same issue... is a repair / replacement the only outcome to this problem?
Mine was replaced with a new unit.
Your video shows more life than mine does.
Nothing lights up on mine, apart from the master record / wake up button
Same thing has happened to me. What is the best way to get a replacement unit? I bought mine second hand although it was originally purchased in June 2015, so could still be under warranty. Is the only option to mail it in to pioneer?
Not sure how it works when you buy second hand. I'm in the UK where you need to return things through the retailer rather than going directly through Pioneer. Hope you get it sorted out though!
