Pioneer DDJ SB2 with 4 decks
Hi all.
I'd like to you this controller with a dj software on iPad.
My software has 4 decks capability and I'd like to use it with the Pioneer DDJ SB2, but with a 4 channel mixer (like the DJM-700 that I own) there is the THRU selector. How can I do a cross fader assignement with the Pioneer DDJ SB2? I'd like to disable the cross fader (THRU selection on all channels) in order to use the faders only.
In the manual there is nothing about this. Is it possible?

It needs a computer/laptop because it is USB powered. .What software are you trying to control?

Hey PiBa,
If you're using DJ Player (Pro?), get in touch with Szantog (the software creator) at his own forum . He's usually very helpful. I use a DDJ SB2 with DJ Player Pro, and he's just optimised it to use 4 decks better. I don't have the software in front of me, but I'm pretty sure you can assign the crossfader to any channel.
