XDJ-RX will not turn on and rapid blinking master rec button

I just tried to power on my XDJ RX after not using it for a week and when the power button is pushed the only light that turns on is the MASTER REC button which flashes rapidly. The display and all other buttons will not turn on. Does anyone know what is going on?

The blinking REC LED indicates a hardware failure; please contact Pioneer technical support in your region to arranged to have the unit serviced.

Try to update the firmware
