Where can I purchase a replacement headband?
Recently went through the RMA process with Pioneer, mailed them my headphones with proof of purchase only to be declined a warranty repair. Offered to pay for the repair but all my future emails were ignored.
Frustrating experience from a consumer standpoint. :/

Okay, I heard back and they suggested one reason it might have been declined, even if it was under warranty, is you sent it for service in a different country from where it was purchased. For example if you purchased it in the USA and you live in Canada, your warranty would not be valid in Canada; the product would need to be sent to the USA for service.
Could you tell me if this is the case with your headphones?
Live in USA and I purchased them in USA.
I'll deem this issue resolved as it's now being handled by a ticket and our CRM team.
