Hi,
I have a DJM2000NXS with four CDJ's, and want to know if it is possible to integrate the SP16 into the setup.
This leads to two questions:
1) is it possible to connect the SP16's audio using the send/return loop of the mixer?
2) is it possible to connect the SP16 to the Pro DJ Link without using one of the four player ethernet ports. In other words, could I connect it to one of the the computer ports in the DJM2000NXS's internet ethernet switch instead.
Thank you!

I have two CDJ-900's & a DJM750. The CDJ's support ProLink, but unfortunately, the DJM750 does not. When I first installed Rekordbox, it said I could utilize a switch to make the LAN connections from each of the CDJ-900's into the LAN on my computer., After purchasing the switch and making the connections, I found that this did not work..... I'm not sure if that is because I had an older version of Rekordbox at first and then upgraded to the latest, or if ProLink doesn't work with my setup because my mixer doesn't support LAN. I have been successful at using Rekordbox DJ in HID mode...........................................................................................I said all of that to ask the following:
1. Will the TORAIZ be able to midi syn with my CDJ-900's & DJM750 given the fact that I'm unable to get them connected via ProLink? I'm very much interested in getting the TORAIZ, but only if it is going to integrate flawlessly into my existing setup. I'm also considering a much less expensive alternative that being the Novation Circuit, but would like to maintain the same product line of club standard equipment such as the TORAIZ.
I guess I can assume that I'll have the same problems with the circuit, but at least that is less of a risk to take. This Leeds to my next question regarding CDJ midi channels......
2. What is the midi channel # used for from within the CDJ menu?
Mine are currently setup as 1 on midi channel 1, and the second on midi channel 2. I've also tried putting them both on the same midi channel, but didn't notice any differences.
@Clint > I'm sure it's a simple network connection issue preventing the CDJs and rekordbox from communicating. If you need help with that, just let us know. The first thing I would recommend is reading through this guide.
It would make the most sense to have the ProDJ Link communicating across the CDJs and SP-16 even if the DJM isn't link-compatible. What you COULD do is also connect the 5-pin DIN MIDI OUT from the DJM-750 to the MIDI IN on the SP-16.
The MIDI channel is CH1.
Pulse in the NXS2 setup can I go from USB on the NSX2 to USB on the SP16? What send return am I using? From the NXS2 to Input R&L then out master 1&2? On the SP16 back to the NXS2?
