Multiple crashes while trying to backup collection

Hello Pioneer and Forum Members.

I have a very large gig coming up, and I'm attempting to backup my collection to move to a new Macbook Pro. Five minutes in, Rekordbox crashes over and over. I purposely spent over five thousand dollars with Pioneer in order to ensure stability and to bring the best equipment possible to my gigs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing else to report. Trying to backup Rekordbox to a FAT32 formatted Western Digital 1TB USB 3.0 Drive. Consistently and constantly fails hard, resulting in 'Unexpected Error" and a subsequent logfile. I now have over twenty of these.

Are you exporting the audio files as well? Have you tried backing-up to an internal drive?
