DDJ WeGo2W turn on problem!!! Need help.

Hello everybody! I need help from those who can. At first-writing you from old USSR, Tashkent city and here no chance to find official pioneer service center to show them my problem. At second I'm writing you from the name of my friend, because his English is too bad (my English is too not perfect:).

The problem is: DDJ-WeGo2W, which was ordered from amazon.com nearly 1 month ago when was connected to his PC and use Virtual DJ LE did the scratches and noise on the master output same in headphones output. After checking the version of firmware of WeGo2W idea was to upgrade the firmware, because the version was 1.0000 (first one). We downloaded 1.3 version (.jar) from site (first time when we used PC to download and unzipped, it was many files .bin e.t.c, not .jar). The Mac unzipped well and we got a .jar file with last firmware. I connected WeGo2W to PC with cable and pushed headphones button, both. LED's was flashed red and when I want find .jar file to run...WeGo restarted itself and didn't respond. I tried to turn off with power button and turn on, but my attempt was unsuccessful. Now when I'm trying to turn on - it not respond.

I have some questions for tech support:

1-Is flash memory safe from any issues? Because I didn't run .jar file yet. Connection of WeGo2W was with notebook and power off problems excluded!

2-If it was a problem with flash memory, but as I sad I didn't run .jar file, how I can upload firmware to it or try to reset WeGo2W? Any key or button combination if it not respond and give not LED light on? Is any chance to upload firmware with RS232 (UART) port to it? I'm asking it, because Tashkent city is far away from USA, were my friend buyed WeGo2W and will take about 1-2 month to send and receive controller by warranty.

3-Is any chance, that it was a problem with USB port of PC with the power (as I know, power from USB port of ASUS notebook is from 3,3 to 5 V). I tried to connect the WeGo2W to my Mac and other PC-same thing. I tried to change the cable-same thing.

So...is any IDEA? I will be grateful for your response!
