Currently the search only looks for keywords within the database, the filename itself is not indexed. I'll pass this along for consideration. Thanks for your feedback.

Feature Request: Search based on file name in addition to fixed fields
Ok, so been using Rekordbox for a while now. One feature that would be great is to search on filename in addition to the tags of each track. This has caught me out a number of times.
When you currently search for tracks using the search bar, there is no option to search based on filename.
It would be great to have an option to add or remove fields to the search system here:

Figured as much (I'm a software dev).
It would be great if this could be added, but understand the problem. I will have to try and work with the way the software wants to work.
