@Riekzz > On the S3, what is the operating system version you're running?
On the 2.0.x version of the iPhone app, you go to the hamburger menu (top left) and at the bottom you will see "Import Tracks."
Can someone here PLEASE help me??
When I connect my Phone on to the CDJ 2000 NXS via USB and push "Load" on the Rekordbox app on my Phone, It then keeps saying "No Pioneer DJ Device Found" and i pushed the rekordbox button on my CDJ 2000 NXS as well!!
I've tried it with a Samsung Galaxy S3 and it gives me the same message?
But then with a Iphone 5C it does recognize the players but then on the Iphone rekordbox app it says "No tracks, press import tracks to add them to the library" But the freaking "import tracks" button is nowhere to be found in the app?
Can someone please help me with this because its frustrating the hell out of me!
Note: making connection through Wifi has no problems at all? Then everything is just working fine, which frustrates me even more!

Hello Pulse,
First off thanks for replying this quick! On the S3 It's running on Android 4.3 and on my HTC One Mini 2 it runs at Androind 4.4.2 HTC Sense 6.0, but are you saying that the CDJ 2000 NXS doesn't support my HTC via USB? Because that would upset me pretty much..
And believe me if it were that easy on the Iphone I would've found it no problem but it didn't show that in the list after searching for it for half an hour
Note: Just tried it on my HTC via Wifi and like I said/thought everything works just fine but I NEED the USB support when I'm playing at a gig!
@Riekzz > I have to verify the info on the Android devices (as I'm not an Android user and need to look up the details), but for the iPhone app, if you're not using the 2.0.x version, grab the update. ;)
Oh my bad, you ment the Rekordbox version on the android devices huh?
Well that is version 1.3.2 hope this helps you out?
Sorry, no - the iOS app version.
In doing some reading on the the Android devices, I came across this:
When some types of Android smartphones are connected to the Pioneer DJ products using a USB cable, they may not be properly recognized by such Android smartphones. When you use such Android smartphones, please use them through wireless connection.
Looks like this might be the (unfortunate) case here.
Hmm, Do you think this will be fixed in the future?
Unfortunately I don't have any information on that - it may be a device issue or perhaps something to do with Android. Whatever it is, our engineers seem to be aware of it and don't have a solution from our end (otherwise it would have been implemented), other than to connect wirelessly.
Hi I have a Samsung alpha. Same problem my mates iPhone connects no prob but I can only do it thru the wireless router and lan cable. Also I can't link my Asus laptop up to the xdjrx either. I'm having a severe nitemare
I understand your frustration, but let's deal with each issue separately.
The Android phone will require you to connect wirelessly.
As for the ASUS laptop, please go through the troubleshooting items on this article and if none of them solve your issue, please post back with answers to the questions from the bottom of that article.
