CHECK INTERNET CONECTION ENVIRONMENT MESSAGE!!!

Hi
I've just purchased myself a set of XDJ-RX's and im having a nightmare!!!

I set up a kovi account online, downloaded rekordbox and when it comes to logging in I keep getting the message fix internet connection environment!

I read a post from a few m month back and I understand I need to download the access key but when I go to the kuvo website it doesn't display the part where you can request the access key. I managed to get somebody to email me the file over but now I cant open it as I don't have anything to download a nxs file. ive tried downloading a couple of bits of software to download it but had no success.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLLEEEEEEEEEASSEE somebody tell me how I can get around this or they are getting sent back to the shop!

many thanks

@paul > Go to kuvo.com, and once you are logged-in, click Connect, then Edit Profile (or try clicking this link) and scroll down. You'll see this:

Click DOWNLOAD ACCOUNT KEY and it will prompt you to download the djprofile.nxs file. Save it.

When you open rekordbox you can select that file to open the software.

Well, you can't do it on your iPad because you can't download that file - please try using a non-IE browser (Firefox or Chrome).
