XDJ-700 Advice

Hey guys! New to the forums, need some advice and figured this would be a good place to ask.

So I've started playing at clubs more often that have pioneer setups, and I've decided I want a pioneer setup of my own to practice on at home (and maybe occasionally take out to gigs and such, but rarely). My current setup is traktor based.

I was thinking about getting the XDJ-RX, but am now leaning towards a pair of XDJ-700s and a mixer. Mixer wise, Ive been looking at the DJM-350 or something of that sort.

I want something that will be an accurate representation of  a CDJ setup (atleast close to it, i know their will be differences) without spending a lot of money. These 2 choices seem to be in my budget (1500-2000 range roughly)

Couple questions I have:

1. What major advantages/disadvantages can I expect with each setup?

2. I want a mixer that has FX and the ability to record straight to a USB (although that aspect is not as important). The DJM-350 seems like a good choice; is there any alternative mixers that will give me FX and recording capability, either to a usb or laptop, at a similar or cheaper pricer?

3. Can anybody with experience on either setup tell me what you like or don't like? Ive never used either the RX or the 700s but have used different CDJs quite a few times,

Thanks so much guys.

Well I just picked up a pair of xdj 700. Which are a nice unit. Remind me of my cdj 400. I was going to get the rx. But what stop me was the load time. Seems a little slow an you can't fold much folder. It has a limit think it was 10,000. So decide to go with the xdj700. Which they line up to the cdj 2000,2000 nxs,2000,nxs2,900 nxs and the xdj 1000. I got these players for home use only which are great. My only issue is I need a good mixer. Am looking for a 2 channel mixer which I hope pioneer make one. They had two but they are discontinue. Kool things about these player that they are touch screen an u can do alot. And if you do gigs at clubs, lounge or any where that have rekordbox players. U can use the same usb stick that u use on the xdj 700. Only different would be feature on there unit. But they all do the same. I would go with the xdj700. Only thing is that u need to find a good mixer or something that fit your needs

When and where are you ever going to play 10,000 sings in one night?
You should only ever have double the amount you're actually going to need.

The XDJRX is great, it's fantastic really. It's essentially 2 xdj1000's and a
2 channel mixer. So if you bought them individually, you would easily spend
Over $2500...XDJRX $1500. It's stand alone and emulates the club set up,
You can even get it to work with a laptop too, if you want to.
