help can't connect to hardware ddjsx2
hello please help
I have a new ddjsx2. Its keeps saying connect a compatible device. I tried holding down the sync and shift button, the lights flash. and it still say connect compatible device. i down loaded Java and still not working. tried to update the firm wire. and still not recognizing my ddj-sx2.

Holding down [SHIFT] and [SYNC] while powering up should only be done when updating the firmware as this is how you put the unit into update mode. Are you guys using PC or Mac? If you're using Windows, you must be sure to install the driver. You should also update the firmware on the unit by following the instructions closely.
