DDJ -RX is not responding

Hi, after I switch on DDJ - RX...the illumination is not showing, only the lights of Master Level,  when I am trying  to update frameware  the massage  pop up - "controller is not connected" . On MIDI Setup I can see the controller. Already reinstall record box. Please advise. My PC is MAC Thank you

In order to update your firmware to must first put your controller into update mode.

Turn power off.
Connect USB cable.
While holding down [SHIFT] + [SYNC] buttons of the LEFT DECK press the [POWER] button.
You are now in update mode.
