hey guys
i juts brought a XDJ RX today and I'm having trouble setting it up to my speakers and getting any sound through my headphones. i have connected the speakers to master input with the red and white rcd cords but there is no sound coming out of the speakers even though the deck is showing the song is playing on the display screen and the volumes on both the speakers and the deck are full. There is also no sound coming out of the headphones when they are plugged in. Just wondering if anyone can help me. I don't know if i need to update the firmware, is there something I'm missing or if its just a problem with the deck.

@Jack > You say the volume on the "deck" is full, have you got levels showing on both your channel meters and your master level? And I don't just mean 1 green, you should be peaking around the 1st orange LED.
i also have the issue with xdj rx2. however although i can see the song playing and the wave graph there are no levels showing on the channel meter. no lights at all

I anedd help with my djm250 mk1 the audio input looks fine as the lights are flashing to indicate that there is sound going inn bt i dnt get output sound to speakers. Please help, 0027835929995. Or email djdynamite45@gmail.com
