did you use the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool 2.2.3? That's one of the few that will give ur drive it's full capacity at FAT32 format. I use WD, Seagate & Transcend HDDs at gigs for years with no issues- all formatted with the same tool.
formatted drive to FAT32 and it showed up on the newest rekordbox updated program. I have added a good amount of tracks and they all show up when i plug in the drive.
When i plug it in the CDJ 900's at the only venue i work in that uses them it says "FORMAT DRIVE" another one gives me a 9089 error(i think i saw the same error in a post about WD's)
I have read thru the previous post about this subject and im not extremely tech savvy(but not completely out of the loop) I am at a loss... Thank goodness my 16gb sticks still work...
what can be done to fix this issue? have i missed something in previous post about this situation? if so can you direct me to said post so i can resolve this issue asap... thank you!
