DDJ-RX first impressions: several major issues

I submit these faults for the tech team to resolve. I'm not sure where else they should go.

I have just bought the DDJ-RX, updated firmware to 1.03 and updated Rekordbox DJ to v4.2.  Running Macbook Retina 2.7GHz i7 Quad Core, 16gb 1600MHz DDR3 memory.  OSX 10.8.5 Mountain Lion.

Some issues:

001.
Master Sync set to deck 1 and loop first 32 beats.
Set Deck 3 to Sync, and start playing by pressing Auto-Beat-Loop.
Deck 3 plays off grid and somehow has taken over MASTER sync.  Press deck 1 select.  Deck 1 is no longer Sync enabled. Press Sync on deck 1.  Deck 1 slows to match sync tempo of Deck 3.

-- Why did Deck 3 take over Master Sync
-- Why did Deck 3 not start playing in time with Deck 1 when Auto-Beat-Loop was used to start the deck playback?
-- Why did Deck 3 not start playing exactly in time with  the beat grid from Deck 1?
>> Repeatable: Starting a track from Auto-Beat-Loop takes over MASTER Sync. This is surely not what you'd expect? Doesn't happen every single time.
----------
002 (follow on from 001).
After stopping deck 3 and selecting deck 1, using the tempo slider to adjust tempo  did nothing at all until the slider had moved 50% down then back up, at which point it 'caught' the movement and jumped in tempo.
>> Repeatable.  This is a Latch function. I assume it is normal. It would make more sense for the tempo to move to match the slider position than to move the slider to match the action?
----------

003.
Dropping a track onto an empty deck took over MASTER Sync and dropped the tempo of all playing tracks!
>>Repeatable

---
004.
With Deck 1 Selected, pressed Pause on Deck 1: Deck 1 started playing whilst it stopped Deck 3 and Deck 4

---

005. Following from 004
Deck 3 and 4 won't start playing again from where they stopped because the pitch has changed to WIDE and -100%

--
 006.
Loaded a track before analysing. Track analysed then the waveform shows a small white rectangle. This happened a few times. Reloading the track seems to restore the waveform.

--
007.
With two songs playing, opened Preferences, go to 'Video' tab, uncheck 'Enable Video Function' > Rekordbox crashes.  I have crash report for this if required.
When I opend Rekordbox again and with all decks stopped go to uncheck the box, it works.  The issue seemed to be due to music playing.
----
008.
Pressing Deck select buttons causes the onscreen (laptop) moving waveforms to slightly glitch/pause for a split second. It's not a major issue but something that seems out of place.

The hardware is is fantastic. Exactly what you'd expect from Pioneer.  The software has loads of potential but is not ready for live performance.  Hopefully it can be updated soon :)

I've been using it since day 1 and it's worse, not better, than before. Really not good Pioneer.
