I'd like to know how i can stop the RX from automatically playing songs when i select them.. And also how i can set the cue button to 'reset' my songs.

First, enable AUTO CUE by pressing and holding the TIME MODE / AUTO CUE button until A.CUE shows in the display.
Second, press and hold the MENU (UTILITY) button, use the rotary selector to find AUTO PLAY. If it is set to ON, press the rotary selector, then change the setting to OFF by turning the rotary selector. Store the setting by pressing the rotary selector again.

Hello, I am in possession of a XDJ-RX firmware just updated to version 2.10
released from you and use rekordbox 4 for at least three months, until the
4.0.8 version I was able to use the DJ Link function via the ethernet cable
and I could read songs from the playlist directly from my PC.
Updating to version 4.1 I have unfortunately found that this function is no
longer compatible, can I know why you have removed this device from the
list of compatible? What good is having Rekordbox button on the console if
I can not use it? There seems to be a normal thing to update the software
and eliminate a console worth € 1,500? I hope you solve this serious
lack !!!!! I'm seriously thinking about moving to the competition ....

The problem is you've updated from 4.0.8 to 4.1.0 and you've likely not allowed the new version of the software through the firewall. Please check your settings first.
