Hi, did you find a solution? I have exactly the same issue. I connect the iPhone with the latest App over Wifi. I have set Cue Points using the iPhone app and want them to transfer to my collection. In Rekordbox (latest Version) I go to my phone under devices in Rekordbox, click right and select "Update Collection".... nothing happens. The cue points are not transferred to my collection.
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm trying to analyze tracks and set cue points in the mobile app and then sync this to my laptop. The tracks are recognized but "Update Collection" does not copy cue points.
I've purchased the Rekordbox mobile app for iOS (2.1.0.1). I'm also running Rekordbox on my Windows 7 laptop (4.1.0). I'm connecting wirelessly over my home WiFi. The Rekordbox desktop app does show the analyzed track on my iPhone device but once I disconnect the cue points remain only on my iPhone.
Another thing worth noting is that everytime I launch the mobile app it asks me to select a device. None of those options apply for me, so I just leave the first option (CDJ/XDJ-AERO/XDJ-1000) selected. I also get a dialog box when I connect to Rekordbox desktop: "Some tracks in the device were analyzed by an older version of rekordbox. For such tracks, multi-colored waveform cannot be displayed on CDJ-2000NXS2.....". Again, this doesn't mean anything to me since I do not own a CDJ.
Any suggestions?
