ddj sx2 crossfader issue

the crossfader on my ddj sx2 is not working properly on the left side. When i cross fade to the right side of the mixer i can still hear the left side playing, but when i crossfade from right to left i dont hear any bleeding coming threw. I've tried adjusting my cross fader curve that didn't help and I've also updated my firmware to the latest version and still having problems. I've also tried going into my serato settings and adjust the crossfader setting that hasn't helped either. any other suggestions I'm really trying to prevent from sending it in the last time i did that i was with out a mixer for 2 months.
