I've been trying to get Rekordbox working with on another laptop. I deactivated the account on my original laptop then activated it on the new laptop.
Had major problems getting Rekordbox working on the new laptop even though it was a higher spec. High CPU, audio drop outs even when waveform set to low and latency increased to max and tried everything everyone else has on this forum with similar issues.
I've tried to deactivate the license to move it back to my original laptop but get a Deactivation error. Error code: 30

Any ideas on how i can resolve this issue?

Yes log this with support and they'll sort it out
oke, thks, but can i do it by myself or only with support?
You need support. You'll have to send them logs and files from your system in order for them to reset your license. They where very quick to respond and fixed it quickly.
Any solution?
How do I report the same problem to Pioneer as I also need to deactivate the license on my old laptop and use my new one...
