Deactivating rekordbox of deleted OS

I did a clean install of OS X Yosemite cause my computer was messed up.

I didn't deactivate my license because I didn't know it was necessary. Now when I try to re-activate rekordbox dj, I can't because all my licenses are in use.

Is there a way to remotely de-activate a license?

i also clean my pc i lost one license and can install it on one pc before it was 2

my problem is i deactivate in windows laptop my rekordbox dj sotfware and i buy macbook pro. i install it the rekordbox dj software but the licence key is not working. mac said that the licence key is use another pc.. but i do in deactivating in my other windows laptop.. plz help me..
