I wondered if there is any way of cleaning or fixing this. Essentially, just on the left deck, the left parameter button has to pressed really hard to register. The right button next to it is fine.
Not sure if there is any method to clean the contact under the rubber or any other tips?
Any help would be greatly apperciated...

Sounds like something may have spilled or dripped inside. You can try spraying small amounts of isopropyl alcohol all over the button. The alcohol will dissolve the sticky substance and dry quickly. I would use about half of one full spray on a standard spray bottle, press the button rapidly and repeatedly until you feel it loosening, wait about 5 minutes and repeat until the button is longer sticky.

I'm hoping it's something like that but doesn't feel sticky or crusty. It clicks with a minimal touch, just doesn't register but unsure of the build so not sure if a little around the edges will get underneath. Here's hoping.
Strange issue on channel 2 aswell so again, hoping a spray and clean of the slider will sort. Volume is fine but the moment it hits the top, the volume fades down a few DB. Literally give it the finest touch down and immediately jumps back. Nothing to do with gains as tried all settings and same even if not vaguely in the red.Funny that it fades down when hiots ther top, but jumps when back down...
Let's see how the solution works with that once it arrives.
