Pioneer DDJ-S1(software Serato DJ) : panel NEEDLE SEARCH is not actual.

I touch the panel and also I push a button "shift"+ NEEDLE SEARCH,  but controller don`t react my hand manipulations. What are you thinking about this problem? Had you any cases like this?  Thank you for answer.

@Vladimir > Holding the SHIFT button while using the NEEDLE SEARCH on the DDJ-S1 was used to change the column sorting in the collection with Serato Itch. I don't know if Serato has mapped that functionality from the DDJ-S1 to Serato DJ. Sorry!
