rekordbox link button in export mode

hi,i have managed to connect my xdj rx to rekordbox 4.0 on my laptop (win 7) the link button appear and everything is okay,but when the power is off and back again the link button disappear  and doesn't show again until i restart my laptop,any suggestion for this issue?
