DVS Accuracy / deadzone

While using DVS its hard to make hotcue's by using the Vinyl if you turn the record really slow to just hit the wave form I does not respond, you need to move the record in just the right amount of speed to make it move. It looks like there is a signal deadzone. This is not the case while using Vinyl mode on the platters.

Traktor did not have this issue. Can I adjust this in any way?

Thanx

Here's the response I received from the product team:

The slow response when you turn the record really slow is intentionally designed. As DJs do not want the turntable to respond to hard scratch or large volume sound, the response is intentionally made not too sensitive when turning a vinyl really slow.

You can change this behavior if you select the manual calibration to set an appropriate level of response.

Please see page 20 of the rekordbox dvs setup guide from the link below for how to use the manual calibration.

I'm not familiar with that issue, I'll see if our rekordbox team has any suggestions.

Thank you. As soon as my DVS license is in I will test it on a different PC can't do this right now because it's expired.

DVS License received, you are right. auto calibrate set's the noise to 100 as soon as I change the value to under a 100 the response gets better, on 0 It's dead on. setting cue points using Vinyl is easy now. One step closer to perfection.

Thank you very much Pulse.
