rbdj not stable

if that's the case ,. why isn't my i 7 5700hq 16GB 1 TERA laptop isn't keeping rbdj steady . i have set to high performance , i have nothing else in the laptop except serato and win 10 OS . I have 1066 tracks and i have aslo deleted I Tunes so that to make sure the laptop is not sharing any other prog . i don't use this laptop on for internet , the wifi has been disabled and even the anti virus which i bought . i run and scanned the cleaned the pc and i finally uninstalled it . so now my laptop don't have antivirus in it and i think that will aslo eliminate any posiblility of software conflict with rbdj. i also did a tool check and defrag the laptop . everything is ok , but yet rbdj spiked unexpectedly while on test at home . and tonite i don't know whether i should trus rbdj or just click on serato n do the show.

there it goes again ... another drop out on last Saturday .. dammm . .. Well .. I have used RBDJ + RBDVS 3 times for real performance after I purchased it 3 weeks ago. . Twice the music stopped in the middle of my performance. First on 7/5/16 , second on 14/5/16 the 3rd time yesterday . I was quite lucky . The live band was on stage and I was just about to select a song on deck 1 .. and beeeep .. the laptop hangs and audio dropout meter goes 100% . I had to ask the band to cont until I restart the pc n I straight away switch to SERATO and play to the rest of the nite .

Pioneer wake up please do something . or just put it clearly and say .." NO RBDJ is not suitable for DDJ SZ .":
