There is a third party software called Rekord Buddy that is working on this exact issue, for now it's a manual thing sorry.

How do I sync cue points between Serato and Rekordbox?
Hey Gang!
I am looking at getting into Rekordbox to manage songs and maybe eventually replace Serato. I have already got a bunch of cue points marked out in my songs in Serato (iTunes library tracks) but the cue points don't show up in Rekordbox.
From my search of old threads in the forums, it seems that Rekordbox just doesn't have the ability to read the cue points that were embedded by Serato in the iTunes library tracks by, and that getting this stuff imported is a mammoth effort.
Are there any new hacks / software that I can use / buy to keep not only cue points but any other metadata in sync between Serato and Rekordbox? I wouldn't mind moving fulltime to Rekordbox DJ, but I also have a Numark Edge controller to think about :(
