DJM2000Nexus 3.2 Firmware Bugs (Metering & Beat FX)

Hey Guys. I'm getting a couple of issues with my DJM2000Nexus (manufactured Sept 2015) and i'm wondering if anyone else is getting similar problems?

Firstly, when I switch from normal EQ to isolator I get a 4db drop in both channel and output metering, even though there is no percieved change in output volume and the EQ is set flat. The reverse happens when I switch it back.

Secondly, I'm finding that when I power up the mixer each individual beat FX has two sub divisions automatically selected, even though the mixer  is synced to my decks and the beat detection is set to auto (my decks are hooked up via coaxial digital and cat 5). I have to go through and manually change each one to a single sub division.

I'm now on my second unit, the first being replaced by my retailer for the same problems. Having returned my current unit to be checked over, I have now been informed that these are known issues. 

I assume therefore that these are firmware problems? Considering 3.2 was released in 2013, isn't an update long overdue?
