Can anyone from Pioneer tell me if there's a way to debug this?

I'm installing Rekordbox on Android 4.4.2 on a LG Nexus 5.
When I launch the app all I see is a black screen. I've tried clearing app cache, uninstalling, restarting the device.
Is there a debug log anywhere?
