Official comment
Unfortunately iTunes made changes to their XML and it doesn't properly send the track order over to rekordbox, you may need to manually re-order it on sync / import.

Good evening , Still the same problem for the placemnt number in playlists with iTunes and rekordbox , ( after a synchronization, the numbers do not match , following a change in playlists )
