Can you post a screenshot of the audio meters including both the channels and master / rec meters?
Hi,
I have a Windows 7 laptop (Acer) and a Pioneer DDJ-SZ controller. I recently upgraded Rekordbox with the performance function. As far as I can see most functions work properly but most tracks are clipping at some point, although output level is not too high. Is there a solution for this problem ?
Thanks for your advice and best regards,
DJ Gerardo

pulse I suggest the history option on rekodbox can be turned on or off . that will save some loading on the cpu . . maybe pioneer shud come up with this and revise the version . The worst thing to happen to a dj is a dropout out during performance. NOTHING ELSE CAN BE WORST THAN THAT .
I dunno, taking a bottle to the head is probably worse. ;)
Seriously though, if you are looking to lighten the CPU load, you can ensure that you don't have anything loaded in the sampler, un-assign and close the FX panel, and uncheck the iTunes tree item in the preferences... but none of these have anything to do with the audio dropping out.
pulse .. I have done that long time ago . so much for I don't even have I tunes in my laptop . I deleted it just because to make sure nothing will any conflict with rekodbox dj . Also I am running rekodbox dj in the most basic the FX panel is close by default and iTunes have unchecked at tree ,
Sorry for the delay, above you will find the requested screenshot.
That screenshot was taken during the break; please try instead taking the screenshot during the peak of the song.
As you wish ;-)
@Gerard > Thanks, that does show a bit better. ;)
Just to confirm, is it the output that's clipping or the recording? If it's the recording, can you send me a sample file?
