use mac in master when using flashdrive
if i want my mac will out to master i can? while I'm djing with flash drive ?

I'm sorry, I don't understand...
If you have an RX, R1, AREO, 1000 or 700 (any of the the XDJ family), you can use them as stand-alone products (with a USB drive connected directly) or as a controller with an audio interface to have sound sent from your computer through the device. If you are using it as a stand-alone device, you won't receive audio from software (although you can, in some cases, configure half of the device as MIDI control to receive audio from the computer).
