I have bought DDJ-SR about 1,5 month. On the first month the controller work correctly, but after 1 month DDJ- SRs start having weird issues on the left deck. Hit the effect button on top left, all effect turn on. Go from the roll function back to hot cue on the left deck and both the left and right deck go to the sample panel and you can't get back to hot cue without restarting the board. when the sync button pressed, it turned to FX view

Please try changing the USB cable, and if that doesn't help, try a different USB port. If you still experience issues, the DDJ-SR may require servicing, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to arrange to have it repaired.
