You already have 2 support tickets open with the rekordbox team so I urge you to be patient with them while they try to provide you with support.
I took many years working dj . and I have seen many changes over the years . and I have complained here very many times with rekordbox crash , and no help any , or me, or anyone. We should ask those who have been deceived by rekordbox and denounce and promote this ridiculous pioneer . you remember when they ruined technics sldz1200 ?? they returned not to sell anything else. then do the same with videos and complaints to the reign of these unpresentable pioneer runs out!

as I explain to my business 400 clients when they run out music because of his incompetence , I have two open cases ? remember, unless expel me , I 'll keep going until not solve the problem .
Dear Mark gallo ... when you make something as reliable as it did technics With SL1200MK2 , let me know. Meantime, center yourself to your satisfied customers.
Should be happy you got a response, i have had unaddressed posts on this forum since 2014....pioneer software support is about as bad as it gets.
I know how you feel, pioneer never listen. I have crash issue with my mac.
I'm starting to think I've made a mistake with the purchase of my RR... I've spent a week trying to get it to work right. I can't tell if it's the controller or the software that is messing up. I am having every problem listed in these threads(I've read thru them all) and gotten answers to somethings(list settings not saving next time app is loaded) and have tried to get my comp usage down below 90% with no luck.
Good thing I have not let go of my SR yet!

@sldz1200> I'm not sure you're understanding me correctly. Maybe there is a miscommunication due to the language barrier. You currently have 2 support tickets open. You will not be "expelled." I was simply asking you to remain patient with the support agents handling those support tickets as they have a fairly large workload.

Ridiculous that you have to hijack other peoples threads to get any kind of response. This error has been around for over 5 years, its about time it gets addressed no?
