[SOLVED] DDJ-RZX isn't recognizing the launch of Rekordbox
I boot the RZX and it seemly launches as it should, but it launches into a mode where it says "MIDI CONTROLLER" on both left and right screen. I always assumed this is the mode it's in until one starts Rekordbox on the computer. However, it seems that the unit isn't recognizing the launch of Rekordbox (the screens never change) even though the unit works through midi control and the sound output is working as expected.
- I've installed the RZX driver.
- I've activated the DDJ-RZX license.
- I've set the midi mode to "Auto" in the Utilities menu.
- I've updated the firmware to 1.05.
- I've downloaded the latest version of Rekordbox
- I've tested this on two different computers with the same result.
Someone else who had issues with this unit and had to reset the entire computer (some driver conflict I'd suppose). Both computers have had Traktor installed before. I'll reset one of the computers to a fresh Windows 10x64 install and see if that helps.
There isn't anything I've missed? I searched the manuals and FAQs for starting the unit in midi mode (or rather, how not to start it in midi mode). Is there such a boot up option for the RZX?

Yes; I had the latest RB, driver and firmware. But I finally got it working.
If any one else comes across this issue I could resolve it by resetting the computer (Reset this PC-option in Windows, which reinstall Windows for you). I did a 'full hard drive clean' and then reinstalled RB and drivers, which worked.
