USB + SD load times on newer and older model cdj2000 nexus media players

hello all,  

i work as an Audio engineer in a large scale club and work with many artist and they all say their media loads slower in my cdj 2000 nexus players than other newer clubs in the area.  Does anyone know I'd newer cdjs have better USB drives?  It's annoying cause these Djs are loading 128gb flash drives that take a sec to read but say they read faster at other newer clubs with newer cdjs.  Anyone have any thoughts ? Could it be upgrade fed USB drives?  

Cdjs were purchased in 2013 and I'm running 1.30
