What version of Rekordbox are you using, what format are the songs in?

songs will not read on cdj900nxs
As the title above mentions, I've tried formatting and exporting my rekordbox songs to my usb 3.0. But when I plugged it in to the cdj900nxs, the waveforms and bpm did not load on the screen. Help me now pls
