Try using a different set of audio cables between your decks and the mixer.

DJM250 problem
Hello
When on my decks the right deck is only producing sound out of the left speaker. The left deck produces sound to the left speaker and about half sound in the right speaker. When I run music off my laptop the sound comes fully from both speakers?!?! I have identified the problem is with the mixer, can this be easily rectified?
