Cannot Save Samples

Been playing with my SP-16 for 3 days now and have finally hit a problem. Starting just an hour ago, I cannot Save any Samples. I record seemingly just fine, but when I hit the button to Save or Save and Replace another pop up tells me it cannot Save the sample. I only have a handful of samples in the unit along with the factory library and no USB stick in the slot. I powered down the unit for 10 minutes start a new project but still cannot Save samples. Any idea on what's going on?

@rocky I've tested my SP-16 multiple times to see if I would get this same error but I didn't. It sounds like it could have been a corrupt file but please let me know if you continue to have this same issue so we can look further into it. thanks

Hey Rocky,I think you might have to change the name when saving, that happened to me and i couldn't replace the file that was loaded already i changed the name adding a character and it saved.

The Project file must be corrupt because I reloaded a previous Project and it worked fine. Returning to the problem empty Project still could not Save samples. Creating a new fresh Project solved the issue and can now Save samples into this new Project. It seems occasionally a Project file can get corrupted somehow and it means you cannot save samples into it.
