djm s9 connection problems

I connected the s9 to the cdj900 nexus and use the timecode. The reason I am using the timecode is for two different dj to be able to play from one to the next.

The first computer on the mixer a setting of the deck works well. The second computer, on mixer b of the deck when connected, everything works fine but the pitch range is off in serato.

The pitch range is -25. It happens if I use the laptop on mixer side a also. Serato dj works fine with controllers and the pitch when I connect it is always on 0 at the middle of the slider. Only with the s9 the pitch is -25 at the middle.

What can be causing this?
