Recordbox downloads fine but won't open

Hello

Spent last 2-3 days trying to sort this looking at various solutions on google but no joy.

Downloaded / deleted & started again countless times....

When it does successfully download onto my PC (Windows 7) nearly every time I get 1 second of turning blue donut then nothing.

I do the app/ roaming thing & in that folder I try to do the datafile.edb to datafile.old. I do that but the backup file isn't there?

Today I got as far as singing in & then got the unexpected error message.

Absolutely doing my head in now. Just don't understand why I can't get it working.

Help!

1. Close rekordbox.

2. Rename the "rekordbox3.settings" file name, ex:oldrekordbox3.settings
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox\rekordbox3.settings

3.Open rekordbox.

Sorry for being dumb but point 2, are you saying rename rekordbox3 file to oldrekordbox3.settings ?

Please make sure your computer meets rekordbox's minimum system requirements.
